Security of our data and your personal details are critically important to us.
Security of our data
We test and accredit everyone who has access to the site to ensure that only those who are committed to the VFX industry are able to see copyright images.
We use the strongest forms of data security, including individualised watermarking on each shot. We expect our community to respect this requirement. Anyone found breaching security requirements will be immediately and permanently excluded from the site.
You are expected to maintain a secure (8 characters or more, including 2 digits) password. Do not share your password with anyone else. If you are logged in to the site, do not leave your computer.
You are expected to ensure that you, and anyone within your team, understand and follows the following requirements.
Do not discuss projects or shows you are working on with anyone outside of VFXmarketplace.com.
Do not add shots or samples of your work to any showreels or sites that may be viewed externally to VFXmarketplace.com.
When downloading a shot, please view the shot and then delete it. Passing a shot to another individual/ organisation will result in a user being banned from the site, and prosecutions will be sought.
On receipt of the original plates, the user is required to keep the images secure. This includes – not transferring the files via email, storing the files in a password protected location, only allowing the files to be accessible to those needing to work on the shot. Files should be stored within a maintained firewall.
Security is a combination of technology and behaviour. The growth of the VFXmarketplace.com community is reliant on the behaviour of its members.
We will not share your personal details with another organisation without your permission, except in the event of a legal investigation.
