How it works
Buyers of VFX services such as Paint and Roto and Tracking post work on a shot by shot basis on the site.
Once a supplier has registered to find work on the site they can:
- Review the shots on the site
- Watch a Flash clip alongside a description of what needs to be done
- Download a hi-res QuickTime to help you price the work
- See the price and SupplierScore of your competitors
- Name your price
Buyers will see all the bids, and select the winner on a best-value basis.
When a supplier wins work, they will:
- Download the plates across the internet, via SFTP
- Work on the shot
- Send a version for review – may be finished or work in progress. Our pipeline tools make this easy.
- Get feedback on the work, through our bespoke tools.
- If necessary, send new versions
- A version is then approved
- Upload the finals
- Once this is checked, their account will be credited.
SupplierScore
- Every item of work the supplier performs will require the buyer to comment on the quality, reliability and communication
- As the supplier does more work, they will be able to build up their SupplierScore™
Payment Terms
- The supplier will be paid via Moneybookers.com in US Dollars – the most cost effective way to transfer money internationally.
- The supplier will be paid on in the middle of each month for the work completed in the previous month.
- In return for provision of the pipeline tools and the account management, the supplier will be charged a 5% account management fee.
